Sirach 38:4-12
God makes the earth yield healing herbs which the prudent man should not neglect; Was not the water sweetened by a twig that men might learn his power? He endows men with the knowledge to glory in his mighty works. Through which the doctor eases pain and the druggist prepares his medicines; thus God's creative work continues without cease in its efficacy on the surface of the earth.
My son, when you are ill, delay not, but pray to God, who will heal you: Flee wickedness; let your hands be just, cleanse your heart of every sin; offer your sweet-smelling oblation and petition, a rich offering according to your means, then give the doctor his place lest he leave; for you need him too.

Rita's Garden

We have been privileged to witness God's healing love for his people, and are especially excited that his blessing has come through our homemade herbal products when accompanied by prayer and faith. The products themselves are only the instrument of God's healing. Give him all the glory, say a prayer, and see what God will do.

Our oils and vinegars are prepared with ingredients common to most kitchens, except for our garden flowers and herbs, which we believe have a special blessing from heaven. These are harvested from the beautiful gardens here at AFM Ministries, dedicated to the memory of our own little "saint", Rita Huntzinger. (see our brochure about Rita's Garden for more details) Some helpful hints for use of our products are noted below. You must see what God has in store for you. We can only bear witness to what we know God has done (see testimonies, at right), even though herbal products have been well-known for their healing properties as far back as biblical times (Sirach 38: 4-12). As with all herbal remedies, we recommend consulting your physician.

Paula Deleon's hands were cracked and bleeding, and after using our Rose Oil, her hands have healed so much that she is again making her homemade tortillas.

Houstonian Kathy Garcia had an unsightly mole on the back of her hand. After using our Rose Lotion, it just came off. She had been worried that the mole might be a sign of a deeper problem. No more!

Lucy Monjaras decided to use the Lavender Oil as a moisturizer, putting some on her lips and on the few dry spots on her face. Not even a few hours later, all the dry spots had vanished, her lips healed. She repeated the regimen later that day, and when she woke up the next morning noticed it had also cleared up a couple of acne spots.

Kathy Gloria of Brady, Texas has used our Rose Oil for her arthritis and joint pain. Her daughters know about their mom's healing oil at home. They come by to use the oil, too, and the blessing spreads through their family.

Our own Henry Constancio experienced such pain that he thought his rib must be fractured. After applying our Rose-Lavender Oil and receiving prayer, he was able to serve in a mission to which he had decided he could not possibly travel.

On a mission we held in Brady, Lydia Rodriquez's finger was so badly infected she was scheduled to have it amputated. After applying the rose oil and receiving prayer, her doctor examined her finger and found it healing on its own, no longer needing amputation.

At a Houston mission, a man named Raymond bought some rose massage oil. His young son was having growing pains in his calf, and the boy's muscles were tight and very painful. Raymond massaged his son's calf with the rose massage oil, and the boy started running and playing, saying, "It doesn't hurt anymore, Daddy!" Glory to God!

Ina Hinojosa had to take Ibuprofen 800 m. daily because of her terrible headaches. She used the rose oil, saying it felt like using Vicks, burning a little, and the headache went away and has not returned.

Irene Pe�a has encouraged 3 households experiencing strife to try using the potpourri, simmering the petals in potpourri pots, and now their homes have a peaceful atmosphere. Even their prayer meditations are more peaceful.
