The Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy is a non-profit, tax-exempt Christian organization.  The cost of this retreat includes a bed (dorm), meals, snacks, and retreat materials.  Deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to retreat. 

   What to being:

• Your own towels
• Twin bed sheets and pillow case.  (If the is a problem (for example flying into Lubbock), please call the office so we can assist you in this area). We’ll supply pillow and heavy bed blankets.
•  Your Bible
• Comfortable clothes for the retreat - we will also being going to Sunday mass
  
• Toiletries.

   Check-in for all retreats starts at 5:30 pm on the day the retreat begins.  Unless otherwise stated, weekend retreats start at 7:00 pm on Friday and end Sunday between 12 noon and 2 p.m.. 

   Flying to Lubbock: please plan your arrival prior to 5 p.m. on Friday, and plan your departure after 3:30 pm Sunday.

   While you are at the retreat we hope that you will take advantage of the AFM Gift Shop. The Gift Shop features exclusive products from Rita's Rose Garden, also Books, Prayers, rosaries, religious T-shirts, crosses, religious medals and music.
